As someone pointed out in the last update, Kelu yelled out Mizha's name right in front of Junuka.  Either he was too distracted to notice (as it was before Mizha mentioned who her father was) or he's just one of those people who suffer from in-one-ear-and-out-the-other when it comes to names.  Maybe a little of both.  Nice catch, Maria!
